Important Reservation Information

Our restaurant works with a Private Cooking concept, meaning tables and meals are prepared in advance.

Please note:

• Reservations, food orders, and changes can only be made by phone during reservation hours

• Written requests cannot be processed

• All dishes must be pre-ordered

• Walk-ins without reservation arenot possible

• Guests are kindly asked to arrive on time for their reserved time slot

• Cancellations are only accepted by phone during reservation hours

Our Vegan Culinary Manufactory

Everything we serve is homemade.

• Spätzle are hand-scraped

• Maultaschen, patties, and roasts are made from scratch

• We cook with fresh regional and seasonal ingredients

• Our wine and beer selection also comes from the region

• We use green electricityand aim to work sustainably

Our cuisine represents traditional comfort food – reinterpreted in a fully vegan way.

Private Cooking & Reservations

Since we run the restaurant with only two people, we have chosen a Private Cooking concept.

This means:

• Tables are available by reservation only

• Dishes must be pre-ordered

• Meals are prepared fresh for each guest

We are sorry, but walk-in visits without reservation are unfortunately not possible.

Terms & Reservation Policy

We only accept guaranteed table reservations.

Cancellation deadlines

Reservations for 2 guestscan be cancelled free of charge up to 1 working day in advance.

Reservations for up to 3 guests can be cancelled 2 working days in advance.

Reservations for 4 guests or more, and Friday or Saturday reservations, can be cancelled 3 working days in advance.

Reservations for 6 guests or more can be cancelled 4 working days in advance.

Reservations for 7 guests or morecan be cancelled 5 working days in advance.

Reservations for 10 guests or more can be cancelled 7 working days in advance.

After these deadlines, we charge the price of the pre-ordered dishes, but at least €25 per person.

Group reservations outside our regular opening hours cannot be cancelled free of charge.

Cancellations are only accepted by phone during our reservation hours.
