Welcome to our Köhlerstüble in Stuttgart-Ost.

We are a vegan culinary manufactory in the fourth generation. Everything we serve is handmade with care. Spätzle, Maultaschen, patties and roasts are prepared from scratch in our kitchen – just like our great-grandmother and grandmother used to cook, only now completely plant-based.

Our restaurant is intentionally small and personal. Therefore we work with a special concept called Private Cooking.This means that tables and dishes are reserved and prepared in advance.

This allows us to prepare every meal fresh and reduce food waste.

Please note: Our hotel is currently closed.
